函館ウイスキー HARVEST-Series

ハーヴェストシリーズは、１年程度で樽出しするというユニークなスタイルのウイスキーとなります。ヤングスピリッツながらシェリーカスク由来のドライフルーツ、ローストナッツ、函館の地を連想する潮風をより体感いただけます。

オリジナルの木傘付きコルク栓、オリジナル500ml球体瓶を採用。さらに※専用コルク台座を付属し、ビジュアルからも函館のウイスキーの個性を全面に押し出しています。
※台座無しVer.も販売しています。

The Harvest Series is a unique style of whisky, bottled after approximately one year in cask. Despite being a young spirit, it offers a more pronounced experience of dried fruit and roasted nuts from the sherry cask, alongside the sea breeze reminiscent of Hakodate's locale.

Featuring an original wooden umbrella cork stopper and an original 500ml spherical bottle. Furthermore, it comes with a dedicated cork pedestal, visually emphasising the distinct character of Hakodate whisky. A version without the pedestal is also available.

バッチNo.の頭文字は大麦の収穫（ハーヴェスト）の20〇〇年を表し、そのあとの数字は連番を表す。

The initials of the batch number denote the year of the barley harvest (20XX), with the subsequent digits representing the sequential number.
