ディ・トリッパーではこだわりの100Lの小さな樽で熟成されます。エンジェルズシェア（樽からの蒸散）は多くなることも予想されますが、函館の冷涼な気候そして、発生する海霧で他の国内環境よりはゆっくりとした熟成も期待できます。オーナーズカスクページから定期的に状態確認をお勧めします。当社を通じて国内外の他社（者）に販売することも可能ですのでお問い合わせください。また3年以上の熟成された原酒に限り、都度当社が独自に設定する評価額を付与させて頂きます。それらは当社へ権利販売すること（買取）も可能です。熟成を重ねた原酒は大きな資産となる可能性も十分にございますのでこれらの運用方法も是非ご検討ください。


約款

1. 商品／契約／価格
本商品は樽買い権利とします。契約は民法の諾成契約とします。
価格は時価となります。参考価格はトップ画面のCROWD FUNDINGからご確認ください。

2. 追加費用
保管料（期間の定めなし）、ローカル湧水による加水、空瓶代金、瓶詰め作業費、当社型ラベル作成、ラベル貼り作業、酒税、国内配送料含むは、初めに頂くオーナー権に概算として含めますので、多大な追加料金が発生することはありません。

3. サンプル
熟成中の原酒のサンプル手配については有料とさせて頂きます。
カスクサンプル 100ml　¥2,200-（代引きにてお支払い・国内送料込み・国外は要問い合わせ）

4. ラベル
ラベルについては弊社の指定する型をご使用頂きますが、ロゴ等ご希望は柔軟に対応いたします。当社指定ラベルの場合は追加料金なしで対応いたしますが、お客様ご希望の完全オリジナルラベルの場合は型製作代金として¥44,000-頂戴いたします。（2023年現在）又、情報についても国税庁や法令で定められている表示義務事項や表示基準に基づく表示事項を表示します。

5. ボトリング
700mlまたは350ml 湧き水による加水調整可能
2. の通り費用はかかりません。ボトリングのタイミングについては、当社のように状態をみて早く行う事も可能ですし、ご自身の記念のタイミングを考慮し大事に長年育てる事も可能です。熟成を重ねた原酒は大きな資産となる可能性も十分にございます。これらの樽は蒸留所内で隔離され最重要資産としてスタッフが漏れや温度・気圧等の影響を常にチェックし丁寧に熟成させます。函館の冷涼な気候、発生する海霧の影響で他の国内環境よりはゆっくりとした熟成が期待できますが、やはり表面積が大きくなる小さな樽は、エンジェルズ・シェア（蒸散＝減り）も多くなり、当社の考えでは10年ものが限界だろうと考えております。お勧めの樽出し期間等は都度お問い合わせ頂くことで当社独自に分析しご提案します。

6. 返品／保険
商品に大きな欠陥がある場合を除き、基本的には返品には応じませんのでご了承くださいませ。蒸散分においても原酒補填、返金等のサービスはできかねます。万が一自然災害等が発生し損失した場合も同様。保険についてもご用意しておりません。

At Di TRIPPER Distillery, we mature our whisky in carefully selected 100L small casks. While a higher angel's share (evaporation from the cask) is expected, but Hakodate's cool climate and sea fog allow for slower maturation than in other domestic environments. We recommend regularly checking the status from the Owner's Cask page. Through our company, it's possible to sell to other companies both domestically and internationally. Please inquire for details. For whisky matured for more than 3 years, we will assign an appraised value that we determine on a case-by-case basis. It's also possible to sell the rights to our company. As the whisky matures, it has the potential to become a significant asset, so please consider these management


Agreement

1. Product/Contract/Price
This product shall be deemed as a right to purchase a cask. The agreement shall be constituted as a consensual contract under the Civil Code.The price shall be determined based on the prevailing market rate. For reference prices, please refer to the CROWD FUNDING section on the main page.2. Additional CostsStorage fees (with no specified duration), dilution with local spring water, empty bottle charges, bottling labor costs, creation of our standard labels, label application, liquor tax, and domestic shipping fees are initially included in the estimated owner's rights fee. Therefore, significant additional charges will not arise.

3. Samples
Arrangements for samples of the whisky during its maturation will incur a charge. A 100ml sample of whisky from the owned cask is priced at ¥2,200, payable on delivery (domestic shipping included; for international inquiries, please contact us).

4. Labels
For labels, customers will use the design specified by our company. However, we are flexible in accommodating specific requests such as logos. If using our designated label, there will be no additional charge. For fully customized labels based on customer preferences, there will be a mold creation fee of ¥44,000 (as of 2023). Additionally, the information displayed on the label will be in accordance with the disclosure obligations and standards set by Japan's National Tax Agency and relevant laws.

5. Bottling
We bottle in 700ml or 350ml sizes. Dilution with spring water is available. As mentioned in point 2, there will be no additional costs. Regarding the timing of bottling, it can be expedited based on our assessment of the whisky's condition, as we typically do, or you can choose to nurture it over many years at your own preferred timing. As the whisky matures, it holds the potential to become a significant asset. These casks are isolated within the distillery and treated as our most valuable assets. Our staff continuously monitors for leaks and the effects of temperature, atmospheric pressure, etc., ensuring meticulous maturation. The cool climate of Hakodate and the influence of the sea fog allow for slower maturation compared to other domestic environments. However, due to the larger surface area of these small casks, a higher angel's share (evaporation) is expected.
In our opinion, a maturation period of 10 years might be the maximum for these sacks. For recommendations on the optimal cask release period and other related matters, please inquire, and we will provide suggestions based on our analysis.

6. Returns/Insurance
Please note that we generally do not accept returns unless the product has significant defects. We cannot offer services such as replenishing the whisky for evaporation losses or providing refunds. In the unlikely event of a loss due to natural disasters or similar occurrences, we cannot offer refunds or similar services. We also do not provide insurance.
